Shipping policy

  • Most of our products are made-to-order and require 2–4 business days for manufacturing.
  • In-stock products are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy

The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:

  • Products customized as per customer specification will take around 6-10 days to dispatch.
  • Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
  • Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special ordered.
  • Delivery pin code is not supported by major couriers.

Shipping Timeframes

  • All orders are shipped from India.
  • Estimated delivery time: 10–18 business days from dispatch.
  • Free shipping is offered on all orders.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.
  • Please inspect your parcel at delivery. If the package is physically damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Delays and Exceptions

If the shipment does not arrive within the estimated time and is not trackable through the provided tracking link, customers should contact us for assistance.

Shipping timelines may be impacted due to:

  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather disruptions
  • Strikes or operational issues
  • Stock unavailability
  • Any unforeseen events

StoriLane is not liable for delays arising from such external factors.

Cancellation of order

We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with our policy, or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication regarding cancellation of an order so cancelled is intimated within appropriate time frame to the concerned, person and any applicable refund is made within a reasonable time period. In case of product orders cancelled by us due to unavailability of products or delays in fulfilment, we will provide 100% refund for that product. Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 2-3 working days.

Customer Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting Customer Support.
    • A 10% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the order at your own cost under the Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Customized or sale items cannot be canceled.

Returned to Sender / Failed Delivery

A shipment may be returned to us if:

  • The courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or multiple failed delivery attempts
  • The customer refuses to pay customs duties or import charges
  • The package is unclaimed at the destination customs department
  • The customer refuses delivery without valid reason

When a package is returned to us:

  • Original shipping cost (even if free to the customer) + return shipping charges + customs charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Products can be re-shipped only after:
    • Payment of additional shipping fees and
    • Settlement of any customs / return charges incurred.

Note: Customized products are non-refundable, even if returned to sender.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.
  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance charges in the destination country must be paid by the customer directly to the logistics partner.
  • These charges vary by region and are not included in the product price.
