Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by Storilane with any of the third parties unless required by law regulation on court order.
Fraudulent /Declined Transactions
Storilane reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Storilane reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
Modifications and Notification of Changes

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panipat. Any arbitration or legal proceedings will be conducted under Indian law, in English.
The agreement and privacy policy of documents incorporated by reference will be administrated and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India by exclusive jurisdiction conferred in the courts in Panipat.
